○ North Korea is suffering from worsening hardships after the COVID-19 pandemic, and residents are enduring severe struggles. In their desperation to survive, serious crimes like theft, robbery, fraud, and drug trafficking are rampant. Lord, have mercy on the North Korean people, who are forced to do whatever it takes to make ends meet. Please protect their lives and health until they can come to know Jesus. In the absence of government rationing, we ask that You personally provide the North Korean residents with their daily bread.

ￏ Lord, as more North Korean residents become aware of South Korea through the spread of Korean culture, many are developing a desire for unification. In response, the North Korean regime has issued directives to view South Korea as an enemy rather than a target for unification. They have even revised geography textbooks to state that the country is bordered by sea on only two sides. Please have mercy on the North Korean students who are being sacrificed through propaganda, the deification of the Kim family, and forced labor under this regime.

ￏ May the unification doctrine declared by our government on August 15 become a concrete reality, so that North Koreans, who are beginning to open their eyes to the value of freedom, may be the driving force behind achieving a unified Korea under a free democracy.

ￏ As North Korean authorities push to erase the concept of unification, let the Korean Church and believers cry out even more fervently for the salvation of our fellow Koreans who are suffering under the oppressive regime of Kim Jong-un and the deification of the Kim family. May the Lord hasten the day of unification through the gospel.
